Change:
If you need to change the shipping address only, please  inform us at support@wearoyo.com. 
If you need to change anything other than your shipping address, please submit a cancel request from your online order list and then place a new order. 

NOTE: The change or cancel request must be made before your order status turns into the "Shipped".

Of course. We can combine them for one shipment. Please inform us of your order numbers before the orders are shipped by sending an email to support@wearoyo informing us that this is a bulk order and listing the order numbers on the email..

Shipping

The Orders processing time will be 1-2 Business Days
Orders processing: Monday — Friday. (Orders placed on Friday would be processed next Monday.)

Totally depends on where you live and what shipping method you pay for. Free shipping in the USA takes about 9-15 business days.

There are 2 ways to track your order.
a. Click the "Track my order" on the footer of our website, then fill in the tracking number you received in the email.
b.  Send an email to support@wearoyo.com. if you cannot track your order via the above method with your tracking number and we will get back to you asap.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction: 
• Look for a pickup notice left by the courier 
• Check with your neighbors, friends, and family members living at the same address 
• Go to the tracking page and request proof of delivery which will show the signature of the receiver

Yes, we offer free shipping for the U.S. Free Shipping on orders over $15.

It depends on the destination. All orders outside of the US, Canada, and Australia are shipped as duties, customs, and taxes unpaid. In the event that your order is charged taxes or customs duties, you will be responsible for all expenses incurred, which will be non-refundable.

Sometimes a shipping delay will occur due to inclement weather, or customs inspections for example. Please do not worry, we will take responsibility for any logistic issues and will ensure that you will not be determined by taking on any loss/costs because of the delays.
If in the instance shipping is delayed, we will refund your shipping fees.

Return & Exchange

We have 30-Day Free Returns. You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving your order. Review our Returns & Exchanges policy for complete details.

A refund will be credited to the payment account originally used for the purchase.
*If you used a PayPal account to pay for the order, the refund will be back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
*If you used acredit card/debit cardto pay for the order, the refund will be back to your credit card/ debit card in about 30 days. 30-day is the maximum time, and in most cases, the refund will be reflected on your account in about one week, depending on the processing time of your bank.
Please feel free to contact us if you don't receive the refund within the days listed above.

All transactions are processed and protected through PayPal and Stripe as well.
